What Are You Waiting For!?

Check Out the Fun we have in the T-A FCCLA

All students can purchase Valentine's Day balloons and candy to send to their friends in Feburary. The balloons and candy are put together and passed out by FCCLA officers and members. Balloons can be purchased at the desk in front of Mrs. Trussell's room around Valentine's Day.

FCCLA members can dress up according to the fun daily themes. The week is complete with a dodgeball tournament and ice-cream sundaes! Donuts and muffins have become a favorite on Mondays as well.

Members are invited to a La La Luau to enjoy a dance and snacks. Wear your best grass skirt and get dancing!

Sand Volleyball

At the beggining of the school year, members and upcoming members are invited to play sand volleyball and eat dinner at Jersey's in Chillicothe.

Trunk or Treat

During October, the Tina-Avalon FCCLA helps with Trunk or Treat. Before Halloween, groups decorate their trunks and pass out candy to students and families. Members are also encouraged to dress up!

Barnwarming

FFA and FCCLA come together to make Barnwarming a hit! The night starts off with a hayride and then rolls into dinner, the coronation, and a dance. FCCLA and FFA members work together within their class to raise the most money through odd jobs, bake sales, pumping gas, and other fundraisers. One girl and one boy represent each high school class.

National Education Week

National Education Week is celebrated by each organization. Each day of the week, a small gift is given to our teachers to thank them for all they do. The FCCLA "popped in to say thank you!"

Breakfast with Santa

Members are invited to have breakfast with Santa, help the kids, and get their pictures taken.

FCCLA Region 2 Meeting

Region 2 Meeting is always a fun trip to Liberty. After opening ceremony and the talent show, a motivational speaker encourages members to become more involved. After the meeting, the members can go eat lunch and shop.
